Western Spring

Western Spring is the mineral water division of Shri Renuga Textiles. Western Spring water is purified as per international standards to ensure it is free of impurities & 100% safe. The following is a brief understanding of the water treatment process.

Ozonation: When ozone comes in contact with bacteria or viruses it destroys them completely by oxidation.

Sand Filter: Very robust method to remove suspended solids from water.

Carbon Filter: Removal of color, smell, taste contamination, pesticides, chlorine and organic substances.

Micron Filtration: Very fine particles or other suspended matters, with a particle size in the range of 0.1 to 1.5 microns, are filtered from water. It is capable of removing suspended solids, bacteria or other impurities.

Reverse Osmosis: Reversed Osmosis, or RO separates very fine particles, suspended organic material, metal ions and fully removing aqueous salts from Water . Its used to maintain the level of  total dissolved solids in the water.

Addition Of Minerals: Essential minerals are added  to maintain a balanced mineral content in the Water. This is required to maintain the pH balance of the body and for healthy living.

Triple Stage - Micron Filtration: Three levels of micro filteration is done as added safety measure to ensure Quality and Purity.

UV Disinfection: Ultraviolet light is effectivel used by applying it in controlled manner to destroy or render micro-organisms harmless. These microorganisms can range from bacteria and viruses to algae and protozoa.

Ozonation: Ozonation is done once more before packing as an added safety measure to ensures water remains free of harmful micro-organisms.

Micron Filtration: An added safety measure to ensure that our water is pure and 100% safe, it is filtered again just before packing.

Strict hygiene conditions and Quality control measures are maintained in our plant. Pre-forms & caps are purchased only from approved vendors and we produce our own bottles in-house.
